Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Account Executive to join our growing team! As an Account Executive; you will be responsible for coordinating with Sales Development Representatives to acquire new clients and building positive relationships with existing and prospective clients. Account Executives at must have excellent verbal and written communication in Arabic (English is a great advantage), great negotiation skills and time management skills, and a data-driven approach to client acquisition.


  • Set up appointments with prospective clients and articulate the benefits of our HRMS by giving client demos, providing information on integrations, and benefits
  • Customize sales approach based on client requirements and effectively communicate the product’s value proposition
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success team to ensure seamless onboarding processes for new clients
  • Track progress towards meeting sales goals
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
  • Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers
  • Experience with CRM, preferably HubSpot
  • Experience in HR industry a huge advantage
