Job Summary: As a Delivery Pre-Sales Analyst you will assist in technology configuration, software analysis, and workflow design within the Radiology/Imaging domain. In addition to supporting implementation, you will play a critical role in the pre-sales process by engaging with prospective clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how our solutions can address their challenges. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct analysis of existing workflows, and support the configuration of our software platform to meet client needs. This role provides foundational experience in healthcare technology implementation and pre-sales engagement.

Job Summary: As a Delivery Pre-Sales Analyst you will assist in technology configuration, software analysis, and workflow design within the Radiology/Imaging domain. In addition to supporting implementation, you will play a critical role in the pre-sales process by engaging with prospective clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how our solutions can address their challenges. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct analysis of existing workflows, and support the configuration of our software platform to meet client needs. This role provides foundational experience in healthcare technology implementation and pre-sales engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders, end-users, and pre-sales teams to gather and document design requirements, ensuring alignment with project and sales objectives.
- Assist in conducting detailed analysis of Radiology/Imaging workflows and software systems, working closely with all teams to identify optimization opportunities and highlight system capabilities during sales demonstrations.
- Implementation and configuration tasks under the guidance of senior team members, focusing on meeting client specifications contributing to both implementation projects and pre-sales proposals.
- Participate in workflow design processes, assisting in the preparation of change requests and ensuring adherence to client requirements and supporting pre-sales activities.
- Assist in maintaining comprehensive project documentation, attending team and pre-sales meetings, and addressing project-related challenges.
- Contribute to system validations to ensure functionality meets client needs and collaborate with others on test case design.
- Support training sessions for peers and end-users and pre-sales teams on system configurations and functionalities.
- Stay informed about healthcare industry trends and emerging technologies to contribute ideas for process improvements and pre-sales opportunities.
- Strong background in software pre-sales, particularly in healthcare IT, with the ability to effectively demonstrate system capabilities and align them with client needs during the sales cycle.
- Ability to deliver comprehensive training sessions to peers, end-users, and pre-sales teams, ensuring a clear understanding of system configurations and functionalities.
- Familiarity with healthcare workflows, preferably in outpatient imaging or hospital-based imaging environments contributing to both project delivery and pre-sales discussions.
- Experience in project delivery ensuring that client requirements are met and projects are aligned with pre-sales commitments.
- Knowledge of clinical applications systems such as EMR and RIS systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, Operations, or equivalent experience/training.
- Occasional Travel (25%) to client sites, training, and industry events may be required
- Exposure to healthcare radiology software/services vendors (e.g., Royal, IBM Merge, GE, EPIC) or consulting experience.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulatory requirements.
- Understanding of healthcare workflows ideally in Radiology (ex. EMR, RIS)
