Together as a team, our goal is to improve our overall product marketing efforts following a product-led marketing strategy. You will have access to all the necessary resources to make this happen, including financial support for freelancers, as well as access to tools you may require.

Key responsibilities:

Content Creation: Oversee the development of high-quality content, including web pages, help articles, animations, videos, tutorials, release emails, and customer communication. Craft compelling messages to communicate the value of our product to customers and potential customers.

Product Explanation: Simplify the explanation of our product’s features to engage new leads and encourage sign-ups. Work towards the goal of having a product-led website that showcases all features and facilitates easy sign-up to AG5.

Customer Understanding: Gain a deep understanding of our customers’ pain points and how they use our software to solve their operational challenges. Effectively communicate these insights in our marketing efforts.

About you:

• Self-motivated: Take ownership of your work, work independently, and effectively manage your tasks.
• Content Creation Skills: Proficiency in creating and designing content that engages customers.
• Customer Empathy: Ability to view the product through the lens of our diverse customer base, particularly those in operations roles.
• Campaign Management: Experience in creating and running product-led marketing campaigns.
• Understanding of Design: A good eye for design and ensures that efforts are visually compelling.
