Position Purpose: We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team as a remote contractor. In this role, you will execute various marketing campaigns that align with our Analyst Relations program. You will also focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with industry analysts and influencers to increase awareness and favorability of our company's products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Execute an analyst relations strategy aligned with business and marketing objectives.

• Manage interactions and communications with industry analysts from leading and industry-specific firms (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, Staffing Industry Analysts, Ardent Partners).

• Prepare company executives and subject matter experts for analyst briefings, inquiries, and consulting days.

• Coordinate responses to analysts' requests for information, including questionnaires, surveys, and product evaluations.

• Support the development and execution of analyst relations marketing campaigns, including content creation, email marketing, and social media initiatives.

• Collaborate with product management, sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and positioning.

• Analyze and report on marketing and analyst relations metrics, campaign performance, and return on investment (ROI).

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices for marketing and analyst relations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on analyst relations (preferably in a technology company).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with analysts, internal stakeholders, and external partners.

• Proficient in marketing automation tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office suite.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights from marketing and analyst relations metrics.
