Partner Marketing Manager

Position Purpose:

This will be the first marketing manager for the Beeline partner team. It is a great opportunity to develop a program from scratch while working with a long tenured and experienced partner and marketing team. If you want to fully own something, now is your chance, join us!

The ideal candidate is a quick learner with a great aptitude for delivering B2B marketing programs for partner teams. We are looking for a team player who wants to develop and execute a mix of marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment in a role that provides an opportunity to make a tangible impact on ARR.

Responsibilities:

Go-to-Market Programs

  • Multi-channel marketing campaign design and delivery to enhance existing relationships with Beeline’s partner network, meet contractual commitments to partners, and to elevate Beeline’s brand reputation within the partner ecosystem.
  • Strategize with partners to design and deliver campaigns. Work with digital and content functions to deliver the right content, at the right time to the right leads from multiple sources
  • Build joint campaigns with partners
  • Create / edit campaign web pages, where relevant, using tools such as HubSpot
  • Manage co-marketing programs with partners using the above tactics
  • Event management – execute and deliver events to support partner needs and growth opportunities
  • Develop messaging framework and content strategy for partner ecosystem
  • Content management: Develop videos, case studies, other marketing assets as needed

Marketing Operations

  • Communications - strategy and delivery. Develop content that aligns with key partner personas; ensuring appropriate segmentation and data management
  • Data management: Salesforce (CRM database) – update records, create lists, manage prospect data, align segmentation strategy
  • Responsible Budget adherence, management, and reporting
  • Reporting: create extracts on lead generation, campaign evaluation reporting, data for internal comms etc, offer insight as to how amends to strategy could help us to deliver more to the business

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Essential: 6-8 years’ relevant marketing experience
  • Desirable: Tech firm experience &/or experience handling partner marketing programs at Managed Service Providers a plus
  • Desirable: Experience in the contingent workforce industry – VMS, MSP, staffing
  • Ability to learn new things quickly - especially software - to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent written and communication skills in business English
  • Adaptable and flexible – as the business grows and adapts so will you. This role will not be static, but will be a great opportunity, a wonderful opportunity to grow and develop while learning new things
  • Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively, and demonstrate high integrity
  • Systems experience preferred – Salesforce, Hubspot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Campaign manager, Hootsuite, DemandBase
