Customer Success Manager, JoinedUp - UK Location
In this role, you will manage and grow relationships with strategically important clients, focusing on renewal negotiations and long-term relationship management. As the main point of contact for designated clients, you will act as the overall relationship owner, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and expansion opportunities. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining a client health status, executing account strategies, and leading renewal discussions to drive successful outcomes. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver value across all JoinedUp by Beeline products and services, ensuring clients' needs are met while identifying opportunities for growth and contract renewals. This role reports to the Global Head of Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Own client relationships and ensure overall satisfaction and retention.
- Lead contract renewals and negotiate terms to meet growth and revenue targets.
- Establish and maintain strong, productive relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive long-term value and expansion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions and meet client needs.
- Ensure SLAs are met and operational efficiencies are maintained.
- Mediate client issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Communicate account status and opportunities to leadership.
- Achieve defined revenue and strategic targets for assigned accounts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Proven Sales negotiation experience
- Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
- Proven Relationship Management skills both with clients and internal teams
- 2 or more years of Staffing/ MSP /VMS experience
- 1 year of account/project or program management experience (Min)
- Experience with change management

- Technical competence (understand software, hardware, networks, etc)
- Motivated, goal oriented, persistent, and a skilled negotiator
- High level of initiative and works well in a team environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
- Team player, ability to meet deadlines, punctual, organized, fluent communicator with ability to build relationships.
- Proven understanding of business drivers
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to think outside the norm and offer new solutions to issues
- Passion for process and organizational change management
- Knowledge of Beeline products
This role is fully remote, but onsite client visits may be required.
