Contracts Manager
Position Purpose: Beeline is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to lead complex contract negotiations with both prospective and existing clients across the U.S. and internationally. This role is responsible for managing the full contract lifecycle, including RFP responses, new contract initiation, renewals, and supporting documentation such as Statements of Work (SOWs).
The Contracts Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—Finance, Client Services, Program Services, Technical Operations, and Sales—to ensure contract terms align with Beeline’s strategic goals. This individual will coordinate internal input, resolve issues, and deliver high-quality, legally sound agreements that support business objectives.
Success in this role requires exceptional communication, negotiation, and drafting skills, along with a deep understanding of Beeline’s service offerings and operational practices.
Responsibilities:
- Lead negotiations with client contract authorities.
- Develop and maintain checklists and requirements for efficient contract processing.
- Implement and manage contract negotiation workflows and best practices.
- Respond to internal and external requests for new or revised contract terms.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts in compliance with legal standards and company policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments to align contract terms with operational capabilities.
- Deliver finalized, approved contracts to clients and internal stakeholders.
