Client Operations Specialist, JoinedUp - UK/Ireland Location

Purpose of the Position: To manage the introduction of new clients to the JoinedUp platform, by building fantastic operational relationships from the earliest stages of implementation, and ensure their successful adoption of the platform, resolving any emerging problems that our customer accounts may encounter.

Responsibilities:

  • Successfully operationally manage a portfolio of allocated JoinedUp customer accounts and facilitate an exceptional service to the customer base.

  • Be the operational contact to allocated JoinedUp customers in relation to any needs or escalated issues.

  • Working closely with the JoinedUp Customer Success Manager to align on both tactical and strategic initiatives.

  • Maintaining an overall positive customer health status.

  • Working closely with the Support team to field and resolve customer queries.

  • Working closely with our Development team to field possible feature and configuration development requests.

  • Managing the implementation of our software for new clients, and the expansion of our software into existing clients.

Requirements:

  • Experience of account management and client relationships within SAAS environment

  • Must be organized, detailed, methodical in their approach

  • Has good people skills, is outgoing and willing to engage proactively with clients to achieve account goals, this means engaging at both senior and junior levels

  • Excellent written communication skills, clear and precise

  • They should be a self-starter, able to motivate themselves and others

  • A genuine problem solver, able to troubleshoot quickly and accurately, identifying the real rather than peripheral issue

  • Excellent numeracy - must be comfortable with numbers, commercial calculations and advance excel calculations

Desired Competencies:

  • Experience in a recruitment role, ideally in blue collar recruitment either on the supply or procurement side

  • Experience in a Customer Operations or Customer Success team of a B2B or B2C SAAS technology company

  • Ability and desire to drive change through high-energy, can-do attitude; comfortable working in a high-performance, entrepreneurial, open-door environment;

  • Must be an outstanding communicator and team player who demonstrates attention to detail, and who also understands how to ensure finance initiatives that support the long-term strategy of the business;

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

  • Ability to work autonomously;

  • Attention to detail / detail oriented.
