About The Role
We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Operations Manager to lead and optimize marketing operations across our B2B SaaS and B2C self-serve software channels. This role will own the marketing technology stack—particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM—ensuring seamless execution of marketing campaigns, data integrity, lead lifecycle management, and performance tracking.
You’ll collaborate closely with demand generation, product marketing, sales, and customer success teams to enable scalable growth, personalization, and automation across both complex B2B sales funnels and high-volume B2C funnels.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Automation & Campaign Execution
- Design, build, and optimize marketing automation workflows in Salesforce Marketing Cloud for B2B and B2C initiatives.
- Develop and manage email, SMS, and push notification campaigns, audience segmentation, and customer journeys.
- CRM & Data Operations
- Ensure data integrity, synchronization, and flow between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM.
- Define and enforce best practices for lead and contact lifecycle management across marketing and sales teams.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports to monitor marketing effectiveness and campaign ROI.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign performance and funnel analysis.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Product to align campaigns with pipeline goals and customer engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to support tracking, personalization, and user onboarding initiatives.
- Tech Stack Management
- Own the configuration, integration, and optimization of marketing tech platforms, with a primary focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM.
- Evaluate new tools and technologies that can enhance marketing performance and efficiency.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations and/or demand generation, with a focus on both B2B SaaS and B2C digital products.
- Expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio) and Salesforce CRM.
- Strong understanding of lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and campaign attribution.
- Experience managing data hygiene, segmentation, and syncing between marketing and sales platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with additional tools like Google Analytics, BI dashboards, and CDPs is a plus.
- Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications
- Knowledge of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other data privacy laws
- Experience in a high-growth tech environment
