We are looking for a professional and compassionate Clinic Manager to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. Our program provides family medicine, Medically Assisted Treatment (MAT), and coordinates comprehensive substance abuse treatment services for our patients.
We are outcomes driven and have a strong focus on the integrated care of the patient through our partnerships with counseling/behavioral health facilities. We have been watching the substance abuse epidemic grow around the nation, and we are motivated to provide patient centered services that will make a difference.
We are looking for someone who has the enthusiasm, creativity, and flexibility to join us in redefining the industry. As part of a rapidly growing program, you will play a key role in influencing how care is delivered to our patients and building and scaling our operation.
How you will make an impact
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Success Care clinic ensuring efficiency and compliance with state and federal regulation and accreditation standards.
- Create/plan schedule for multiple clinics, clinicians and support staff
- Implement Success Care and Nomi Health policies and procedures ensuring key performance
- Communicate with medical team members, corporate team members, federal and state agencies, patients, and families.
- Oversee all personnel issues within the clinic including hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
- Develop a clinic culture with shared beliefs, goals and values.
- Maintain established confidentiality standards, performance improvement initiatives, safety, environment of care, productivity standards, management of information, and infection control standards.
- Interact with patients and staff in a culturally competent manner that considers factors such as age, developmental or acquired disabilities, religion and spiritual orientation, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, sexual orientation, indigenous heritage, national origin, and gender.
- Provide Metrics and Reporting as outlined by program specifications.
- Work with others to support process improvement and program development.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
- 3-5 years of Clinic Operations or Healthcare Management experience
- Experience working with providers and managing a diverse workforce
- Preferred knowledge of the substance abuse population, treatment planning and the field of human social services to work toward the rehabilitation of the patient community
- Background of dealing appropriately with patients and team members in stressful or other undesirable situations with an ability to seek direction from supervisors when necessary
- Efficient Self-starter with strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- High integrity and sound judgement; able to react quickly and make effective decisions
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and under pressure while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrate basic computer/word processing skills
