How you will make an impact
- Industry Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the healthcare payments landscape, including key challenges, trends, and the needs of healthcare providers. Stay informed about competitors and evolving market dynamics.
- Provider-Centric Messaging: Craft clear, compelling narratives that highlight the unique value of our platform to healthcare providers, directly addressing their needs and challenges in interacting with payors.
- Go-To-Market Strategy: Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and execute product launches, focusing on features and services that enhance the provider experience and improve transactions with payors.
- Sales Enablement: Provide the sales team with tools, resources, and training to effectively communicate our value proposition to healthcare providers.
- Provider Insights: Gather feedback from providers, conduct interviews, and analyze usage data to inform marketing strategies and product development, ensuring our offerings resonate with provider needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment on product messaging, go-to-market plans, and growth initiatives focused on the provider experience.
- Content Creation: Develop educational and persuasive content that demonstrates how our platform simplifies healthcare payments and improves operational efficiency for providers.
- Growth Leadership: Lead strategic growth initiatives that align with business objectives, focusing on expanding our provider base and enhancing their experience.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and build relationships with key industry partners to enhance our platform offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
What we are looking for
- Experience: Proven experience in product marketing, with a focus on developing and executing strategies that drive business growth. Experience in healthcare or related industries (e.g., healthcare payments, healthcare finance, provider operations) is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the healthcare payments ecosystem, specifically transactions between payors and providers. Familiarity with current market trends, challenges, and competitive landscape is essential.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and align marketing efforts with long-term business goals, focusing on provider satisfaction and growth.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling messaging that resonates with diverse audiences, particularly healthcare providers.
- Collaboration: Proven track record of working effectively across multiple teams (product, sales, marketing) to execute go-to-market strategies and align on business objectives.
- Growth Orientation: Experience in developing growth initiatives that lead to measurable results. Focus on expanding the provider base and enhancing the user experience.

- Tools & Technologies: Familiarity with product marketing tools, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and marketing automation platforms. Experience with analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance is a plus.
