You will work on cutting-edge applications of foundational LLMs, train bespoke models tailored to specific problems we’re trying to solve, and eval/optimize our ML workloads to ensure high performance and reproducibility. You’ll be working with a product-focused team that is relentlessly focused on delivering a world-class end user experience.

You should be product-minded and a user-focused AI practitioner, but also a generalist willing to tackle a wide range of challenges to help us succeed.

A strong candidate will:

• Have 3-5 years of ML experience with a focus on applied ML
• Have strong machine learning/deep learning fundamentals, experience getting the details right including optimizing model performance, reducing inference latency, and high quality fine-tuning
• Be comfortable with ambiguity and risk-taking that comes with an early-stage startup
