The Opportunity

As the CRM Manager, you will plan, implement and analyse site promotions and poker CRM campaigns to drive user engagement.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and execute CRM campaigns to enhance engagement and retention.
  • Manage campaign tracking, project management, KPI analysis, reporting and revision of conversion, retention and reactivation plans for different player segmentation.
  • Continuously build and iterate on our end-to-end lifecycle campaigns, including identifying target audience segments, developing campaign strategy, collaborating with design and product, developing the review process, and getting feedback from multiple stakeholders
  • Establish a strong working relationship with cross-functional stakeholders across our product, marketing and design teams.
  • Create reports that prove or suggest the effectiveness of the campaign and strategy. Provide insights and identify target groups for poker CRM initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends across the Crypto and Poker space, to drive innovation and improve CRM effectiveness.

Highly Desired Knowledge and Experience:

  • A strong working knowledge of CRM tools such as Customer.io, Fast Track, and HubSpot.
  • A strong understanding of channels and communication approaches (email, in-app, push notifications).

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in CRM management and multi-channel lifecycle
  • Experience planning, developing, managing and measuring CRM campaigns
  • Proven track record delivering growth through CRM campaigns
  • Experience supporting CRM integration from scratch is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • A good understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency and the Web3 ecosystem would be preferable.
