Responsibilities

We are seeking an Implementation/Engagement Lead to own our implementations. Engagement Leads buildspositive relationships with clients throughout large complex projects. Responsible for providing leadership and direction managing client and project expectations to best leverage Royal’s product and services. Manage schedules and serve as the day-to-day client contact.

Qualifications

This opportunity may be right for you if you have:

  • Consulting Services experience
  • Healthcare experience - Clinical Applications Systems experience in Radiology (EMR and RIS systems implementation and knowledge)
  • RIS and/or PACS Implementation experience required specialized in outpatient imaging
  • Technology Implementation experience with healthcare workflows in Radiology
  • Experience with applications, systems, data, integration, HL7
  • Client facing project management and services experience - polished, communications, organized, own/lead a portfolio of active client engagement
  • Outpatient imaging experience in private center or hospital-based
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Communications, or equivalent experience/training
  • Willingness to travel 15-25%

Extra awesome

  • Degree or certifications in healthcare related field of study
  • IBM Merge, GE, EPIC, Change, NextGen, Imagine, CareStream or other software/services vendors in healthcare radiology
