About The Role
Behavox’s Head of Sales is responsible for leading a team of AE's in closing both new business and cross-sell deals.
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will create and execute strategies to bring the world’s largest and most admired companies into Behavox’s rapidly-growing customer portfolio. You will coach the team to identify and map key stakeholders, with the goal of attaining buy-in from the most senior stakeholders. You will become a trusted mentor and coach to the team for everything they sell, Upskill the team on the products and markets that will most benefit your our offering. You will forecast and prescribe the next steps with AE's, leveraging the Behavox deal team to accelerate deal cycles. You will design multi-year revenue scaling plans and build the company revenue.

The most aligned candidate will then be asked to do a practical work task simulation activity so we can make sure that you will enjoy the kind of work the role requires, and this task will typically be presented and discussed with a group of colleagues and managers. Finally we will ask you to meet with a number of our senior leaders to make sure that you are making the most informed call possible.

What You'll Bring
- A deep and genuine interest in Behavox as demonstrated by a connection to its mission, marketplace and/or technologies
- 10+ years of field Sales Leadership with a track record of solving significant challenges to create success growing ARR revenue.
- Experience in setting up territories and quotas for Sales Reps based on a set process and use of data to make analytical investment.
- The ability to successfully build and scale up teams by hiring for specific territories and needs based on revenue expansion strategy.
- A honed ability to translate the input from CEO and CRO to manage up and set objectives/goals for the team keeping them engaged.
- Identify and implement different sales strategies based on product complexity and territory mix to significantly grow revenue.
- Coach and train the team to meet sales quotas by effectively managing exceptional talent and assuring disciplined execution.
- Use set processes and data to provide accurate revenue forecasts and address challenges on a weekly and quarterly basis.
- Manage up, influence leaders and change the course of action for the team in line with rapidly evolving business strategies.
- Identify new market segments and client opportunities generating executive buy-in to drive revenue and achieve team goals.
