Reporting to the CFO, the Finance Manager will have exposure to all aspects of a tenured venture capital firm, notably: fund accounting oversight, portfolio management, management company operations, human resources and vendor management. The successful candidate will have a high degree of ethics, responsibility, internal drive and have a highly analytical and detailed persona. This role will routinely engage with firm leadership and be provided with ample opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversight of Fund administrator, audit, and tax compliance
• Treasury management and deal-closing process
• Portfolio monitoring and analysis
• LP-related communications, including fundraising and diligence requests
• Management company accounting and operational initiatives
• Human resource and payroll management
• Special projects as directed by the CFO

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of professional experience comprised of a combination of roles at alternative investment funds, fund administration or Big 4
• CPA and/or bachelor’s degree in business/accounting/finance
• Highly analytical and ability to work independently on simultaneous tasks
• Eagerness to learn with a growth mindset

The salary range for this role is $150k-$175k OTE
