Position Overview:
The Marketing Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing projects from the initial briefing stage through to the final delivery of campaign assets. You will coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure all aspects of project execution align with client expectations and agency standards. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Google Slides, combined with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to generate insightful marketing reports, is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Independently manage and coordinate projects from briefing to final delivery, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with external stakeholders via email, providing updates, gathering feedback, and addressing any concerns.
- Process Navigation: Navigate marketing and agency processes with ease, ensuring that projects adhere to internal protocols and client requirements.
- Multi-Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and resources to deliver high-quality results.
- Presentation Development: Create and present compelling PowerPoint and Google Slides presentations that effectively communicate project updates, strategies, and results.
- Reporting: Generate and deliver comprehensive marketing reports using Microsoft Suite and other tools, providing actionable insights and performance analysis.
- Problem-Solving: Independently address and resolve issues that arise during project execution, employing creative and effective solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or related field.
- Experience in project and asset management at a mid-sized creative agency or marketing role.
- Proven ability to coordinate projects and manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
- Knowledgeable in marketing processes for effective project execution.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Google Slides
- Strong written communication skills for professional client interactions.
- Experienced in generating and analyzing marketing reports
- Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
