We are seeking SALES specialized in RIS and Enterprise Radiology Workflow to join our growing sales team. This position is an Assistant Vice President and key contributor to the success of our Sales leadership team in the radiology space in healthcare IT. Building relationships and credibility are a must, innovation, creativity, teamwork and attention to detail are critical. We are a work-hard/play-hard group that works closely to help our clients be successful, and we are passionate about executing on their behalf. Responsibilities
- Key contributor to success of our Sales leadership team in the radiology space in healthcare IT
- Identify and selling additional solutions nationwide with new prospects and within our client base, while communicating the benefits of our approach, products, and services
- Build presentations on ROI, business justification, and value-based analysis to clients
- Demonstrate Royal products to new and existing clients
- Cold calling and finding new prospects
- Document existing and desired workflow enhancements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and future clients
- Commitment to continuous learning of Royal products and services
- Reports to SVP of Sales
- 20-40% Travel (incl occasional weekends)
- This sales opportunity may be right for you if you have:
- At least 3-5 years of RIS/Imaging Workflow sales experience
- Experience working directly with Radiologists as well as other leaders within the Radiology Department
- Working knowledge of Radiology workflow and nuances for different modalities
- Experience working with Healthcare IT or Imaging Informatics
- Experience working with vendor partners to deliver comprehensive solution for clients
- A background in solution-sales and/or SaaS sales
- No fear of making cold calls and finding new prospects
- Established relationships in the imaging space that you can leverage to drive new sales
- Exceptional presentation skills and relatable approach to web and in-person meetings
- The ability to build presentations on ROI, business justification, and value-based analysis to clients
- A proven track record of demonstrating software solutions to clients
- Experience documenting existing and desired workflow enhancements
- Experience driving and managing the sales cycle from opportunity identification to close, including providing all deliverables during the pursuit.
- A track record of communicating effectively with team members and upper-level management including product development
- Developed and maintained long-term relationships with clients well beyond the sale
- A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) and sales CRM software
- Commitment to continuous learning of Royal products and services
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/training
- Willingness to adhere to company CRM and sales process requirements
- Maintain the highest levels of honesty, integrity, and reliability
- Degree or certifications in healthcare related field of study
- PACS knowledge and experience
- Prior experience with Royal Health software
