What we're looking for:

As an early frontend engineer, you’ll be responsible for developing AI-driven solutions for a large and growing user base. You’ll contribute to building out our platform, rapidly developing new features, and collaborating closely with the design team to optimize user interfaces and ensure high performance on the web.

Responsibilities:

• Build web applications using React, focusing on clean, efficient designs.
• Enhance user engagement by improving conversion rates through analytics, user feedback, and innovative approaches.
• Work closely with design, machine learning, and product teams to define and execute key product initiatives.
• Develop a thorough understanding of user needs by interacting with clients and users from various industries.
• Ensure high software quality through robust testing and monitoring strategies.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React.js, Next.js, Typescript).
• Expertise in frontend development with a strong focus on SEO, ensuring optimal web page performance.
• Proven experience collaborating with design teams to merge functionality with aesthetic design.
• Familiar with high-traffic platforms or fast-paced environments, optimizing for scalability and user experience.
• Passion for making a positive societal impact.
• Ability to take on multiple responsibilities as part of a growing team.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
