  • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal product and design teams, consulting on features, functionality, and user experience to achieve key project milestones.
  • Support customers in change management and technology adoption, collaborating with program management and customer success to create strategies that facilitate smooth transitions, enhance user adoption, and help customers maximize product benefits.

  • Assist the sales team in pre-sales activities by demonstrating product value, addressing customer concerns, and contributing subject matter expertise during sales presentations.
  • Continuously assess product performance in the market, gathering customer feedback to drive improvements and ensure products remain aligned with evolving customer needs.

The Experience You’ll Need:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience providing clinical or other direct services in behavioral health programs within the public system.
  • Strong understanding of broader public health systems at county and/or state levels.
  • Demonstrated involvement in technology related initiatives or projects focused on the tracking of program data/outcomes, facilitation of client journey through services, workflow improvements, or other relevant topics with a public behavioral health system.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changing priorities, requirements, and constraints in a dynamic and fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.

Nice-to-have skills:

  • Experience in clinical program management, implementation, or administration within a public behavioral health system.
  • Proficiency in technology and software solutions relevant to the behavioral health industry, such as electronic health record (EHR) systems, telehealth platforms, data analytics tools, and mobile applications.

Why You’ll Love Working with Us:

  • Engage with an exciting, fast-growing, and diverse group of coworkers dedicated to improving lives by breaking down technology barriers.
  • Work in a culturally rich environment that values diversity and inclusivity, ensuring a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for all employees
