We are a small but very passionate team looking for an Customer Success Manager to handle relationships with all of our key client accounts. You will be the face of SquarePeg, meeting regularly with recruiters and Talent professionals to make sure they are getting the best experience through SquarePeg. You will handle all renewals, upsells, and expansion opportunities with our existing accounts. You will regularly work closely with members of our product & engineering teams to make sure we are incorporating client feedback into our tech, and help us in building tech products that solve our client’s needs.

Responsibilities
- Conduct onboarding meetings with new clients to show them SquarePeg’s technology platform and learn more about what they are looking for out of SquarePeg
- Deliver impactful product demos, provide insightful technical answers, and recommend creative ways to get the most out of SquarePeg
- Be the voice and champion of the customer to the product team
- Maintain relationships with all of our clients on a regular basis to ensure they are having a great experience - conduct QBRs and monthly/regular check-ins
- Share market intelligence with clients
- Identifying and managing all growth opportunities post roll-out & Collaborating with sales and customer success to map out longer-term expansion
- Aligning & collaborating with our partners on contract renewals & upsell opportunities
- Forecasting growth opportunities & renewals
- Work with our recruiting ops and marketing teams to ensure jobs are being promoted and to highlight key roles
Qualifications
- Previous experience in account management or customer success preferably for a startup or SaaS company
- Experience doing QBRs, and handling upsells and renewals
- Ability to forecast churn / expansion
- Customer oriented problem solving & analytical mindset
- Experience working with technical products or software
- A strong business generalist with a passion and intuition for what makes startups successful (ie strong product sense).
- Customer empathy and deep desire to see customers succeed.
- Desire to get technical and the ability to learn the ins and outs of SquarePeg
- Motivation to work in a high-growth environment and to help build processes and tools as needed.
- Ability to work with all types of people and build long-lasting relationships.
- Any experience with recruiting or HR is a plus but not required
