Key Responsibilities
As a Configuration Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading the implementation of our platform, focusing on Radiology/Imaging workflow creation and configuration. You will serve as a Royal Application Specialist, with hands-on configuration of the system. This position entails working closely with clients in a consultative capacity to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance
- Collaborate with engagement leads (project managers) and leadership as the technical expert for Royal.
- Consolidate and unify workflows across clients.
- Prepare requests for changes and actively participate in workflow design processes.
- Attend technical team meetings to share progress and address project-related challenges.
- Organize and self-monitor project assignments to ensure timely delivery.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal colleagues and clients.
- Customize and configure system to facilitate seamless integration of client workflows to Royal best practices.
- Conduct system validations to ensure configurations are functional and all client requirements are met.
- Provide training and support to peers.
Qualifications
This opportunity may be right for you if you have:
- Healthcare experience with clinical applications systems, particularly in Radiology/Imaging (EMR and RIS systems implementation and knowledge)
- Technology implementation experience with healthcare workflows in Radiology
- Proficiency with applications, systems, data, and integration, including HL7
- Client-facing experience with strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel 15-25%
- Bachelors or Associate of Applied Science in Information Technology or equivalent work experience
Extra awesome
- Outpatient imaging experience in private center or hospital-based environments
- Familiarity with healthcare radiology software/services vendors such as IBM Merge, GE, EPIC, etc.
