We are seeking a Revenue Solutions Director to be the subject matter expert and strategic leader ensuring Royal Health delivers exceptional value in optimizing healthcare revenue cycle performance. This role bridges the gap between product development, client needs, and industry best practices — ensuring our software is designed, configured, and continually enhanced to help radiology practices maximize efficiency, compliance, and financial outcomes.
The ideal candidate has deep expertise in healthcare revenue cycles, extensive knowledge of radiology billing and reimbursement models, and a proven ability to translate industry requirements into product solutions that improve client performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, development, and implementation of revenue cycle products, with a focus on radiology and outpatient imaging
- Oversee product delivery and client success, ensuring smooth onboarding, enrollment, and payer engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including delivery, integration, clinical operations, and client services
- Serve as an escalation point for complex client issues (Level 3), working closely with senior leadership
- Conduct fact-finding and resolution for payer enrollment and credentialing challenges
- Monitor product performance and market trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation
- Represent Royal in client meetings, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
- At least 7-10 years in healthcare revenue cycle experience (Radiology-specific preferred) with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- 2-5 years contributing to or leading a billing department in the outpatient space (Radiology-specific preferred)
- Strong understanding of payer enrollment processes, credentialing, and revenue operations
- Experience with EMR, RIS, HL7, and healthcare systems integration
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead cross-functional teams
- Bachelors degree in Healthcare, Business or equivalent level of work experience
EXTRA AWESOME
- Familiarity with radiology-specific workflows and systems
- Consulting/Services experience
- Experience with platforms such as IBM Merge, GE, EPIC, Change, NextGen, Imagine, CareStream or other software/services vendors in healthcare radiology
- Background in both client-side and vendor-side roles
