Role
We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Advertising Operations Lead to help us execute on our grand vision - someone who is excited about working across a variety of functions within a fast-growing startup. This role will be directly responsible for overseeing yield management and rate optimization across our hundreds of earning opportunities.

Role
We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Advertising Operations Lead to help us execute on our grand vision - someone who is excited about working across a variety of functions within a fast-growing startup. This role will be directly responsible for overseeing yield management and rate optimization across our hundreds of earning opportunities.
The work you’ll do:
- Drive strategic decision-making alongside the CMO
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle for launching new offers
- Establish and maintain QA processes for tracking accuracy and offer performance
- Negotiate with partners to secure favorable offer deal terms
- Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day operational issues
- Lead special projects and initiatives from the CMO
- Take ownership of regular reporting on program performance, utilization, and profitability
- 2-6 years experience in finance, consulting, or equivalent advertising role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including development of presentations
- Strong knowledge about yield management, reporting systems, and digital advertising
- Track record of exceeding goals derived from established KPIs
- Naturally comfortable working alongside product, tech & marketing teams
- Experience & prior success negotiating with partners, clients & vendors
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and rolling up your sleeves to get things done
- Full-time and in-person in Boston, MA
