Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product QA Analyst to join our dynamic Product & Technology team. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards of product excellence by implementing comprehensive testing strategies and ensuring seamless user experiences.

This role will initially report to a Product Manager and has the potential to grow into an Associate Product Manager role.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive QA strategies aligned with product specifications and design requirements
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance testing across multiple platforms, focusing on: UX optimization, data integrity and validation, and cross-platform compatibility
  • Create detailed test documentation and maintain comprehensive testing records
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to identify, document, and resolve issues
  • Champion user-centric testing approaches to ensure optimal product performance

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on QA testing experience, with emphasis on mobile applications and CRM systems
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Strong understanding of user experience principles and best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to create clear, concise bug reports and testing documentation
  • Excellence in cross-functional communication and collaboration
  • Superior organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
