As a Talent Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving TechWolf's growth by identifying and hiring talented individuals who will become integral members of our team.

What you'll do

  • Work closely with the Talent Partner on hiring day-to-day and talent strategy
  • Manage the hiring for a variety of open roles (e.g. Sales, Engineering, Solutions) from A to Z in Belgium and the UK, in close collaboration with the Talent Partner, hiring managers and leadership; including but not limited to:
    • Writing and publishing job descriptions
    • Sourcing and contacting candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter
    • Screening incoming applications and sharing decisions
    • Organising and conducting interviews (virtual and in person)
    • Facilitating decision meetings and sharing feedback with candidates
    • Conducting reference checks
    • Being the main point of contact for candidates in the interview process with TechWolf
  • Manage partnerships across Belgian campuses
  • Organise and occasionally attend recruitment events across Belgium
  • Contribute to TechWolf’s employer branding in collaboration with Marketing by creating social media posts, editing the Careers Page, etc.
  • Attend weekly meetings and contribute to shaping the People team together with HR, Office & Culture and the Chief of Staff

Job requirements

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a minimum of 2 years of full-time professional experience in recruitment (in- and outbound)
  • Is highly proficient in English (written & spoken). Dutch and/or French is a plus
  • Has experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter & at least one ATS
  • Is based in Belgium and can work from the Ghent office a few days each week
  • Startup or early stage tech company experience is a big plus
